What's New at Global Brigades

• Surgical Brigades     GB is piloting new surgical teams this winter.
• Data Informatics      Electronic patient records will streamline flow during brigades and provide a patient history.  The DI system is piloting this Winter.
  
• Charlas                     Patient education seminars as an additional station on the medical brigade
  
• Travel Team             Travel arrangements are now booked through an in-house travel team rather than a travel agent.  This means it is possible to use frequent flier miles!
• Community Health Workers  Members of the community are trained to monitor the health of other community members and are given direct communication links to GMB staff and a physician.
